"Please be aware: per the owner, this business recently closed down for 19 days due to their staff having Covid and just reopened today and did not contact their customers. I asked if they might wear masks and the answer was a firm NO. In addition, I have acrylic on my nails and their powder is quite weak and they snap and break off. I did ask if I could stop by to allow them to look at my nails and asked about the quality of the powder and he told me to find a new nail salon. I’ve been getting my nails done for 30+ years and never had this issue with quality or service. What a disappointment considering this salon is right off 5th avenue in downtown Naples. If they don’t care about our health and the quality of service, what’s the point?"

"Best pedicure in town HANDSDOWN! There is only two places I get my nails done in Naples and this place is one of them! It is clean, everyone is super nice, and most of all I appreciate the fact they appreciate my time. When they say my appointment is at Noon it’s at Noon and I love that! I highly recommend this place 1000%"

"BEWARE. Don’t waste your money. I wish I had read these reviews before trying this nail salon. I went in for a pedicure and there is no price information posted anywhere. I sat down for what I hope would be a relaxing experience. Far from it. Between the 2 gentleman staff members talking very loudly and constantly sucking their teeth (terrible noise), phones ringing non stop, staff dropping equipment on the floor I couldn’t wait to get out of the place. Any pedicure I’ve had in much better places in Naples charge $35-40. The woman told me the charge for just a pedicure was $30. I gave her $100 and waited for my change. When she came back minutes later with my change she told me the pedicure was actually $70 and gave me $30 change. Crappy place and crooks pocketing cash. Beware."
