"My mother has always gone to this nail salon. She accidentally went on the wrong day and was yelled at by the owner who told her that the woman she was to see the day before waited all day for her. First, that is not true because my mother’s appt was at 9am so anyone that came after her had their appt. Also, they use your phone number so someone could have called to give her a reminder. Then as she was leaving, he made a comment about her blaming him for her showing up the wrong day which was also untrue because he asked her to reschedule and all she said was not right now and quietly left. This man, who I assume is the manager, needs to learn how to speak to clients and women for that matter and not humiliate them for making an honest mistake."
"I stopped in yesterday, (Saturday) Around 3:30 PM. The place was jampacked, not one empty station. People were still filing in announcing the appointments they’d made. I needed gel manicure so badly. My fault being I left it go about one week too long, and we had dinner reservations with family. I was graciously greeted upon entry and was explained it could be a little bit of a wait since I didn’t have an appointment, not a surprise it’s the weekend and we’re in season right now. The wait was quite short about 15 to 20 minutes and TIFFANY escorted me back to her station. I got to tell you this is probably the nicest manicure I’ve had in a couple years. She asked if I wanted square shaped nails, I said no they remind me of shovels and explained I want them thinner. The result was unbelievably beautiful. The fact that this place is walking distance from my condo and I’ve never gone Is beyond me. Highly recommend them. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️"
"Andy and Sunny (husband and wife team) are outstanding. Andy is fun, handsome, great at designs and easy going. Sunny is gorgeous, sweet, detail oriented and a perfectionist. They both do a terrific job and are fun and so good to their customers. Just love them both."
"I love this place!! Everyone is so friendly and makes you feel welcome. I stopped in after work and wanted something that looked Christmasy! Andy said he would work his magic and that he did!!
