"Manager could care less once you hire them and buy your flooring. They will not take back the excess purchased, glue is coming up from all around the flooring, or whatever it was, that they used, flooring is cheap and has stains on. It. Looks like someone sat their coffee cup on one, but the steam does not come off, dirt and black spots everywhere that after I hired a professional cleaning crew could not remove from my flooring. You definitely get what you pay for and this place wasn’t even cheap, trash business"

"If you want professionalism, competitive pricing, courtesy and an excellent flooring job, then Abbey Floors is the company for you. We recently purchased a manufactured home ( never had this type of home before) and after much searching and research decided to install vinyl plank flooring throughout the house. We replaced soft subflooring with new 3/4” plywood and then contracted with Glen at Abbey to install the vinyl flooring. His crew of two arrived on the day and time promised, were courteous and professional. They moved some minor furnishings and installed 1056 sf in about 2 days. Then the trim crew came and installed the base trim. They were polite and they cleaned up after themselves. We had a few problems with some flooring separation because, as it turned out, we still had movement of the subfloor and new soft spots developed. Not the fault of Abbey Floors. Glen and Abbey Floors did not walk away and leave us hanging, they did not blame the subfloors. Instead Glen stuck with us, until he found a solution. He even removed the flooring when we decided that we had to remove and replace more of the subfloor in one additional room. This company was more than fair with us and we would recommend them to anyone."
