"Today, on September 20th at 10:25 am, I had the most uncomfortable experience with Sherwin Williams. I called to request a quote for some paints for a new project, and the person who answered, I believe her name was Celena, was extremely rude and unprofessional. She couldn't even tell me the names of the sheens they offer, and instead told me that I should visit the store or check online to find out she had a very bad attitude and was unwilling to cooperate with my request. Furthermore, she refused to take my phone number to look up the colors that my company regularly purchases. To make matters worse, she yelled at me over the phone. This is the first time I've had such a bad experience with Sherwin Williams. As a company, we frequently purchase paint from them. A good customer service is crucial for a company to grow. Being courteous and professional doesn't cost much and greatly benefits the company that has hired such individuals to sell their products. I know that Sherwin Williams is not a bad company, and we enjoy working with their products, but employees like these make it hard."
