Trinity Tile

"So here I was, totally flustered about my remodeling my kitchen and 3 bathrooms! I was referred toTrinity Tile in Ocala. When I walked in this very nice young lady, Veronica, came up to me and she could see in my face how frustrated I was. She immediately gave me some very good advice take one room at a time and so we did. Veronica helped me pick out all the right tiles for the look I was looking for. I felt so relaxed knowing I had a decorator that would spend hours with me and I did not have to pay for her expertise. I am of course buying my tiles from Trinity Tile, they have a great selection of tiles. In my opinion, Veronica with Trinity Tile went beyond what another company would have done for their customers. Veronica, also helped with the design of my bathrooms and sent me and my contractor all the information needed for that part of the project. I would TOTALLY recommend visiting Veronica at Trinity Tile whenever you need advice with designs and buying tile for any room in your house. Thank you again Veronica!"

"Veronica by far was the worst customer service individual I ever encountered in Ocala. She looked for everyway not to help me in making one excuse after another. She truly was more interested in getting out of work at 4:30 then helping a customer. I would never recommend her or Trinity if this is the type of sales associate they employ and support this type of behavior."

"If you work in commercial flooring, getting pricing from this company is a living nightmare. I emailed 5 people in my original pricing request and didn't hear back from anyone for over 24 hours. This is even after I stated in my original that our bid was due the next day. These employees are Jeanille Thomas, Jason Weeks, Elizabeth Chambley, Scott Glace, and Cheyenne Goodman. You are all terrible. After sending multiple follow up emails, I got on the phone and got Jeanille's voicemail. Very helpful Jeanille (This was during business hours). This is not our first time having difficult getting pricing from this company. I still would not have pricing if it wasn't for the angel in customer service named Brad. Brad, you are amazing."
