"Have been trying to use Johnstone per company request. This store is a joke. Wile the people in the location are nice, they are incapable of performing their job. I ordered parts and was told delivery would be Tuesday, then when the parts never showed up they told me Thursday they would be in. It’s now Friday and the parts are still not there. This is something tropic supply has got next day in the past for me. Now due to Johnstone giving out false ETA times we might lose a customer to our business. Don’t use Johnstone if you like to keep your customers happy."
