"The Karen lady that answers the phones named Casandra was completely rude and bullying. She hung up on me after making a growling sound because I simply asked for the price per square foot on a project that is small. It sounded like she would much rather be eating a donut than her job but that’s no excuse. She is the worst individual I have ever come across. This company needs to review her unfortunate employment.it’s funny this company says they don’t give a price per square foot yet they ask how many square feet the project is. The workers came to my house late with no translator. They do horrible work and leave damage in your home. Do not use this company what so ever. Ask lowes for another vendor. They will not fix any issues"

I was only unhappy that they wouldn't credit me the sink that I am not taking...but that is not Cassandra's fault."
