"I'm looking at previous posts and can't understand why the rating was high. I just had a terrible experience there. My biggest pet peeve is poor customer service. I was asked to go in by a paver contractor to pick out some stacked stone. When I walked in the lady came quickly out of an office but not to greet me, although, she did acknowledge my presence, but clearly whatever she was doing was more important. I told her why I was there and what I was looking for and she cut me off mid sentence with a very curt, "we don't have anything in stock, everything is special order" then she quickly directed me to a very dim room off to the side where samples were and said if you want something quickly you'll have to choose this brand, then she quickly walked out and went on about her very important business. I wasn't in the room 2 minutes when the light above became a strobe light and I walked out to find the lady to tell her something was wrong with the light. Her response from a room on the other side of the showroom area was "Oh, yeah, the light is bad in there. You can take them outside if you want." Then the light went out completely and we couldn't see anything to even pick to take outside. Nobody offered assistance. So fed up, I said thanks and walked out. If customers are so Un-important to you for you to give them a moment of your time and assistance then don't be in a business that deals with selling things to the public/contractors. There is nothing more frustrating for a person trying to buy something than to have to deal with an individual who lacks customer service skills and really could care less that you're even there. I can promise I won't be using them."
