"I bought all of my plumbing fixtures here for my bathroom renovation and a new kitchen faucet. The problem with the faucet was the touch feature. Delta was sending me tons of parts so I called and talked to Earnest. He took care of everything. He talked to his Delta rep and was able to allow me to get another faucet (no touch). He and his staff were wonderful. It is always a pleasure to deal with their company. Also on Friday they have great doughnuts! Love that maple and bacon!!!!"

"I went in dressed for Lowe’s with jeans and sweatshirt. I’m a “first wife” not a trophy wife or mistress but I had clean hair and designer sneakers. The very cute 20-something in 4-inch spikes gave me the 3rd degree of questions to see if I might have wandered in to stay warm. I was fine with that, but when I started asking questions about tub depth, whether the vanity had electrical outlets, or the materials the sink was made from, she clearly didn’t know her stuff. Or didn’t want to share. —I did indeed take a bath. I’ll pull a Pretty Lady scene later this week. I’ll go back in waiving my $100K contract. “ Remember me? Big mistake!” 2 stars because she was cute. And she did have product. Lowe’s has more, and spent the time and knowledge I needed to make my selections."

"They do not stand behind what they sell. I purchased 3 toilets, a vanity, mirror and other accessories from them. Within a week, we knew that 2 toilets (the same model) were no good. Clear flushing problems. I do a little research, and lo and behold, many many people have had issues with these same toilets. I asked to exchange the toilets (for more expensive ones!). Morgan Bros response: since the toilets have already been installed there is nothing we can do, we can’t take the used toilets back. I’m sorry. Let me know if I can help with anything else. I have since reviewed the return policies of Home Depot and Lowes. If I had bought the same toilet at one of those stores, I would easily be able to return/exchange them."
