"I purchased a home in the Spring of this year and had Hammer Building Supply come examine the windows they installed for the prior owner. One window had a noticeable repair needed that was covered under warranty. It is now SEVEN months later and I still do not have the part that was under warranty. I believe it was at least 2 months after my initial call that anyone even ordered the part I needed. I call every month to try and get a follow-up and Rich has only called me one time during the whole seven months - it is always someone else calling to explain the delay. I found out last week from Rich's son that Rich forgot about the window and it has been sitting in his house for the past few months. I was promised it would be delivered to my home within a few days. Not surprisingly no-one showed up with the window or even called to let me know why they did not deliver it."
