"House built by Century Complete in Pinehurst in DeFuniak Springs. So many problems. Waited 2 months for leaking French doors. Put up blue tarp and all weather tape. Towels inside soaking water intrusion. Hopefully, after 2 months, coming today. Company says they handle doors & windows. Very shoddy work with split moldings, forgetting thresholds, swollen doors & more. Still waiting for them to fix guest toilet that’s loose. Maybe time to contact State Construction Board and Department of Professional Regulation."
"While shopping at a store in Callaway, FL. Saw two delivery trucks at Arby. When about to leave one of the trucks in passager seat threw out a cup (trash) on the ground. It was around 1pm and saw them on hwy 22 heading east from callaway. Not sure if they came from Panama City Bch area store"
"My business was doing some work down the road from the freeport store called to get a price quote on lumber the gentlemen on the phone was rude all i asked was to get a price quote on some lumber and he got a tone with me that was not very respectful talked to me like i was an idiot so i hung up i will not be giving any of my business to this establishment ever. franks cash n carry has won my business due lack of customers service i dont care if it cost me more worth it."
"Great place for doors, windows and building materials for new construction/remodel/additions. I needed a double hung interior door and the big box stores wanted twice as much and was going to take three times as long. Will definitely be back for my next project!"
"I had an order that was scheduled for delivery on Friday, March 20th. The order was never delivered. Monday, March 23rd I called Builders FirstSource and found out it was delivered to the wronsg location. Although I was disappointed about not getting order on Friday, the manager at Builders FirstSource was extremely helpful in getting the delivery re-scheduled and in providing monetary adjustment for the error. I am extremely pleased with the outcome of this interaction."
