"Spent 12 grand on floors for home carpet started rolling up in all rooms with heavy traffic within two years! Not one room but all rooms! Called and the option was to move all furniture out of each room and pay 100 per room to have it re-stretched. I have built serval home and remodeled several homes and never had this issue! Very dissatisfied! The man that laid the hardwood for same company did an amazing job! Carpet layers I’m very very disappointed! New carpet looks 10 years old!!"
