"Recent renovation of our tub and shower area in master bath. Floor City was awesome to work with. Brian provided great customer service. He was knowledgeable, helpful and friendly. A much different experience than other places we visited. Jeff Gooden, who contracts with Floor City, did the majority of work (tearing out and removing old tub and shower) and prepping for new tub installation. He installed all the tile, faucet and shower head and we could not have been happier with him and his work. He came early every morning and worked nonstop until late afternoon. He cleaned up everyday before he left. It's hard to find help with good work ethics these days. I would highly recommend Floor City and Jeff for any tile project. You will not be disappointed."

They made sure we understood our options, and gave some follow-up alternatives when we stopped in 2-3 more times after our first estimate. John and his crew came out on time and worked around our crazy schedule and family life, and had everything installed on time.
