Customer service from the Act 1 team was incredible. Lots of communication on the shipping process too! We also decided to lay out floors ourselves which is a first for us. Adam was extremely helpful as I called for advice on what glue to buy locally (wish I bought it from him) as well as what to expect in the process of installing.
