In today’s world where it’s just as easy to book at a hotel’s website, there is nothing more valuable than a travel agent. On my most recent stay at a Ritz-Carlton, I was able to book a cheaper rate with WAH than with the hotel directly. We also received a double upgrade to a full one bedroom suite, a $100 amenity credit, a welcome amenity of house made chocolates, a daily breakfast credit of $60, and a guaranteed 4pm check-out.
