"I was with my mother in law at MIA since midnight. The checking started at 1:45. The information received at the agency regarding payment is not accurate. We had to pay one $ for every pound of the first two baggage and $2 for every pound in the third baggage. My mother in law won’t receive her baggage until tomorrow at 2:00 pm. I observed baggage traffic while waiting to check. The most astonishing thing was that we couldn’t pay with our credit cards, they told us that just the person who travelled could pay with credit card. If my mother in law is Cuban how could she has a credit card? The authorities should investigate. It’s a shame for this country."

"I booked my tickets online and 3 days before, I called to cancel my tickets due to my father had a stroke and over the phone the were passing the message from one people to another one. I called 5 times and finally they told me the manager Mercy is the person that can cancel the ticket to get partial refund. She never called me back and she never did it. The day of the trip my husband went to the airport and request refund over the counter and they said the same, that someone has to call him and never happened. It is frustrating when you have a situation and no one do nothing to help. Nothing, early notification and not even a partial refund. Dont expect to mucho when you talk with Xael employees. Dont trust."

"When getting information Xael Travel is very unprofessional. My Father had bought a ticket to travel Cuba on 12/15/2018. He was advised that he could travel with anything that he wanted as long as he paid the lbs here in Miami International Airport. The day before I called the agency to verify the pricing and the lugagge information, again they verified what we were told the day we purchased the ticket. When we got to the airport on Saturday 15, 2018 early to check in. A lady stepped into the line and said that there were only two luggage allowed per passenger. This was a completly out of the blue, not even once they reached out to us to advised is of the changed. Half of the luggaged stayed here in miami. We lost money, time and negative energy because of the agency. The flight was soppouse to leave at 3:30 in the afternoon, and my father left miami at 12:30 am becuase they had no crew to fly the airplane. horrible experience. Would not recommend them to anyone."
