"I booked their Flamingo Hotel last fall for February of 2023 but due to the Hurricane the hotel was permanently closed- now the owners will not refund my deposit that was paid last August. I feel bad that they lost this property but you don’t get to keep the deposits - stay away this company"
"We have stayed at one of the properties two years in a row and couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay. The house was gorgeous and close to the beach. Any small issues were promptly fixed with a simple phone call. They are so kind and take the extra time to make sure that you can actually enjoy your vacation. They even stopped by to take our trash to the curb on pickup day so we didn’t have to worry about it. As amazing as the house is, what really counts for me this year is how wonderful the rental company was to us. A family member of mine passed away a few days before we were supposed to leave for our trip. Amongst all the stress and grief we were going through, not knowing if/when we would be able to go on the trip, they worked with us and were willing to move everything around if we needed. They were compassionate and understanding to our situation. They never once treated us like a bother and were willing to do whatever we needed to do. I can’t thank everyone enough for how compassionate they were when they didn’t need to be. During one of the worst moments of my life, they took the time to make sure that we did not need to stress about the trip on top of everything else. I doubt most of these other companies would have gone above and beyond like that. These people are truly the best and I definitely recommend staying with them. It meant so much to all of us to have them making sure we were taken care of. Thank you so much for 2 amazing trips."
