"My wife picked up meds and after getting home she noticed they were not the same shape as the old ones. Since CVS in iowa had recently refilled a prescription WITH THE WRONG MEDS, she was suspicious and called the pharmacy back to make sure she had gotten the correct meds. The CVS employee was very rude and told her they do not make mistakes and that she didn't have time for phone calls because there were people waiting at the counter"
