Ranalli Parasail practices STEALING clients'money, and avoid communication with visitors from other states. See how you can also be robbed by Ranalli Parasail and be smart. In March 2021, as we planned our travel to FL, paid $200 for parasail reservation. While in Miami family got Covid. We immediately called and cancelled in advance so Ranally could take other people, and asked for refund. We rerouted our trip to drive to nature places with no people around, no public gatherings. All other activity reservations involving crowds have been successfully cancelled and refunded - but not Ranalli Parasale UP TILL NOW despite numerous contacts the Ranalli Parasail Company still keeps our $200, for which they did not provide any service and, as we cancelled well in advance - they made double profit. What kind of miserable situation company and people should be in, to desperately and dishonestly cling on someones $200 and run away and throw the phone when hearing we called? Everyone sees how Ranalli Parasale - taking advantage robbing visitors that live far from FL. They do not care if someone has Covid or other Deadly sickness riding with you. And it's a fact-covid killed millions worldwide, and few people in our church passed away. But Ranally parasale only care how to get a hold of your $. If you got a problem- good luck on refund. Since March 2021 Mr Ranalli was further dropping the phone when I called, then not answering, picking when I called from another number and dropping again. First call he was very nice, saying come to FL for your free ride. But when we said we are from west coast and have other plans for next vacations and asked for refund of our money - Rannali became rude and started dropping the phone, hiding, even complaining "not appreciating the negative review". Later I had a call Aug 9, 2022 with Chase. He asked to write to him a message and he and his wife would resolve. Email sent with all discussed info snipshots bank xfer, also message via company website sent. Guess what? Silence. Zero result, no email response, no callback from Chase, or personnel of Ranalli Parasale. This is a clear aged sign that Ranalli Parasail company - if they can rob a client they will not waste the opportunity. Chase was not able to resolve refunding my money. Ranalli and Chase and Co, this is not Italian mafia Sicily 1920, this is USA today. BEWARE you will surely see their real personality if you ever need to cancel or refund. God gives the thieves - exactly what they deserve - and abundantly. Per today Ranally Parasail company still delinquent and failed to refund $200 for nonprovided service on in advance Covid cancelled appointment, paid to them in March 2021. Will keep updated untill resolved."

"They made us attempt to board the boat in 5 feet of water with choppy waves. No help despite me being almost on deck and they could see I could t reach the bar. I fell back into the water. I advised I needed help in deep water with such high waves and was exhausted from the first attempt. They told me they were going left a little bit and drove off leaving me behind while I yelled for help. The people on the boat looked horrified. A bystander could tell I was in distress and pulled me back to the shore. The lady who checked me in was walking up and down the shore with her walkie talkie looking for me. Why didn’t anyone from the company help? Near drowning experience. Stay clear of this company."

"Our ride was absolutely amazing!!! The staff from beginning to end was friendly and accommodating. We are a family of 7, youngest are 11 year-old twins. My husband was super nervous….the guys on the boat put him at ease. Julie was so friendly and helpful while we were trying to decide which package suited our family. Highly recommend!!!!"

"No stars in most appropriate. So incredibly disappointed and sad. Booked a time slot over the phone with Patrick for 12pm today. Got here and he wouldn’t let us on the boat. Already gave him all of my credit card info and all, secured a babysitter for my youngest since we are from out of state. All my oldest wanted to do was this activity. He let others that had just booked this morning onto the boat and we were turned away without any remorse. My son is devastated."
