"I bought a vacation package from True Vacations Inc in 2019, and didn't travel due to COVID. They extended our package for a year, from the time of expiration which would allow us to use it by 2022. Me and husband called, and the number was disconnected. We emailed and it bounced back. We went to the website and it was shut down. I see that the website it back up, but the number on it is disconnected. I believe this place is either of scam because they went out of business without issuing refunds or because they're still taking peoples money with no way of providing the vacations. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THEM TO ANYONE! We're still trying to figure out how to get our $535 refunded to us. Avoid at all costs."
