"I wouldn't reccomended this agency to anyone. I was treated very unfairly. My girlfriend and I purchased our tickets 3 weeks apart, she paid $400. 3 weeks later I was told that only first class tickets remained when I asked for economy class ticket, I was charged $1441. We counted 13 empty seats in economy class. I was also told that if there was an empty seat next to me in first class my girlfriend could join me. Upon requesting that she join me I was told by the flight attendant that this had never been COPA airlines policy. I moved back to economy to sit with mu girlfriend as there was an empty seat next to her. Ana was the agent who mislead me. I received no resolution after speaking to Andrea the owner."
