"We have a property that FPS manages. Mary & FPS have met all our expectations well over 100%. We have done in booking twice the $$ in 2021-2022 than what our previous prop. mgmt. did along with an over the top service. Which said in their final email to us questing a $50 charge - “we haven’t made much this month so we are nickel and dimming what we can get” at that comment we left and have been fully satisfied with FPS completely. Photos are of the pressure washing services expediently completed after HOA said we needed to complete in 30 days. FPS had it done within 7 days after I notified FPS."
