"I called with an issue with my tickets. We left Florida due to a hurricane warning. The people at DRC were amazing. They were fast, friendly and kept reassuring while they worked on helping me that they were still there and working on my account. They solved my problem. Great experience ladies. Thank you so much."
"I spent five years of my life with this company. In five years, I tried DESPERATELY to move to ANY other position and kept being turned down. The potential to move departments was nonexistent, and I watched as others around me were moved from department to department, even some to leadership positions. But they refused me to move. It became borderline discrimination. The leadership team was mostly terrible (in five years, I only actually had one (?) technically 2 good leaders, who actually cared about me as a person and not as just a number. And that says a lot when our leaders changed every 6 months or so) the metrics in my department were unrealistic, and unattainable. I expressed my concerns, and even had doctors notes stating I could not complete the requirements for my job and I got told that there was no place for me anywhere else. I was told there was no realignment based on medical need. I was literally medically incapable of what they were asking of me. But they did not care. I got told I could do my job, or leave the company. I got punished for using benefit time, and I got punished for getting sick, until they inevitably forced me out the door, and effectively told me to go and **** myself. Overall, 5 years with this place, and nothing to show for it."
"I love the inside of the building. It's decorated so nicely. Along with the Disney music playing in the background. I also was able to see the call center floor, and it was quite quiet for the amount of people on the phones. I also heard this was a great company to work for! Very magical!"
"Best place I have ever worked. Wish I was still there. So many great people that work there. Management was awesome. Training was top notch it's Disney after all. Pay was good with potential for really good bonuses. Love it and miss it."
