He help me erase apps off the phone, which he did not have to do. besides making my phone brand new, fixing the crack screen he was very polite and on time and patient with me bc I take care of my grandma and my 2 year old daughter. "DO NOT BRING YOUR PC HERE!! Incompetence is the word I would highly use for these so called “Techs”. I recommended this place to my little brother (23) to fix his HP Omen Desktop. Bless his Gen Z heart because he’s non-confrontational about things. We dropped it off on WED 12/06/2023 early morning, the guy who took care of us stated that it would only take 2-3 business days for a cleaning/diagnostic. We called FRI 12/08/2023 to follow up on the progress because the tracker # on the receipt showed “no available progress” meaning it has not been worked on. The “Techs” decided to wait till my little brother called them to ask why it hasn’t been worked on and their excuse was “we’ve been trying to figure out how to open it”……in a world where we have YouTube and google at our finger tips…but I digress. I guess common sense ain’t so common. It was a button on top of the Desktop. Then they proceeded to inform my brother that the Tech is only available on weekends between specific time slots. They ran all diagnostics and after 7 days they concluded that they could not figure out the problem and assume that it’s the motherboard. After picking up the desktop I noticed at the bottom corners of the panel, they damaged the panel from what I would assume them attempting to pry open the panel when they could not figure out to open the Desktop. NEVER RETURNING HERE FOR ANY REPAIRS ON PHONES, LAPTOPS OR PC! Also, the services with or without the Ausurion warranty, is NON-REFUNDABLE meaning these people just take your money at poor attempts of fixing your electronics."

"These guys were great. I needed to replace a battery on a Galaxy S20 Ultra and was tight on time. They didn’t have the battery in stock but made a couple of calls and had my phone fixed and back to me in 4 hours. That’s great service. Hope I never need them again but it feels good to know they’re there if I ever do. Great Job. Great Service. Great People."
