"I do not recommend. My apartment complex has a contract with this company and they take forever to complete a service request. My washer has been broken for over a month and 1/2 instead of listening to me about the error code on the washer, the technician took it upon himself to order a completely different part. Now my washer still isn't working and the technician came back and said it's the motor so now i have to wait even longer to resolve this issue. I have now been without a working washer in my unit for nearly 2 months. Companies don't contract with them."

"My landlord actually purchased two laundry centers from them. Stackables whatever you want to call them. The first one purchased lasted 2 year It was an issue with the drum which the technician said it could not be repaired. I also think that if you're going to charge a fee for the technician to come out it should be waived if they can't fix the product that they sell. So my landlord purchased another one again The warranty is only for 6 months so I guess you should probably call them at the 5th month and just say something is wrong with it because this one lasted a year the washer started makes a loud noise when you turn on wouldnt move the washer part once again. Technician came out and basically said that the motor was gone contact my landlord because they would have to purchase another one. It's really crazy. I've been without a washer and dryer now for 4 months. I'm going to the laundromat is time consuming it's more convenient to have this appliance in your home versus having to go to the laundromat because it just becomes another bill. I wash once a week I now wash every 2 weeks because obviously I work and I'm tired. I just feel as though if you're going to sell someone your products make sure you stand on the quality and what you're actually are giving them a 6-month warranty is not a warranty it's basically like buying a car a lemon. Obviously my landlord does not want to purchase another stackable washer and dryer because of this."

"This company is trash! DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM HERE! This would've been the third time that they had to switch out a refrigerator! My tenants are upset due to them losing money on food, numerous times! It's the holidays and they have no working refrigerator! Their tech went to the property, knocked once and left! I'll make sure that everyone that I know will NOT fall victim to this company! I have no choice but to file a complaint with the Better Business Bureau."

"Suspension rods on the washing machine busted, and I called Magnum because they had great reviews. So glad I did! They had a repair guy out promptly; he confirmed it was the suspension rods, which had to be ordered. They came in quickly, and he installed them the next day. The washing machine, which is at least a decade old, now runs like a champ! And such a savings compared to buying a new washer. Will definitely be calling Magnum again, thank you!"

"I've used Magnum for appliance repair for several years in my commercial businesses and at my residential homes. The repair technicians have always done great work and the prices are fair. Unfortunately, today there were 2 incidents of poor customer service while trying to make an appointment to service the washer at my grandmother's home. Teach your staff or specifically , Shyla, better comprehension and customer service skills. Very disappointed in the way I was spoken to especially since I try my hardest to be respectful and considerate of people in customer service because I know they can go through a lot. If not for this bad experience they would be 5 stars."
