"I've always had a wonderful time going to Best Buy. For gadgets, especially TVs, it's my first choice. My worst experience was at this exact place. I would not share a manager's really improper remark. The young man who was taking care of me, my elderly mother, and another gentleman who was making a transaction next to me with an African American female cashier all made me feel quite embarrassed. You can see that everyone in the vicinity was shocked by the manager's remarks. He continued as if it had never happened. I'll get in touch with that department again later."

"Chose curbside pick up for my order. I had the pleasure of meeting Nick who brought out my merchandise and was extremely helpful, knowledgeable, and friendly. Management, please recognize Nick for his excellent customer service skills and please make sure he sees this. He is a top notch member of Bestbuy."

"Probably not my favorite Best Buy. After a couple of visits to this store, I have noticed I always have a hard time getting anyone to help me find things, and the staff doesn’t seem to know anything about the products. There are other locations near enough where the staff are much more friendly and helpful. I would probably only go to this location if the others were not stocking what I needed. Two stars is probably fair as far as Best Buys go."

"Not enough support when product malfunctioned. I purchased Hearing Assist OTC hearing aid from best buy. It worked for two months and then went dead. Best buy takes no responsibility after thirty days. For five weeks I called and left messages with Hearing Assist live receptionist at first, then voicemails when no one answered and I sent three different emails. This was six weeks before the one year warranty would expire November 2,2023. Still no response from Hearing Assist. So I called Best Buy and they listened but no help. I wish I had read reviews before purchasing because now I see multiple complaints of how useless this product is. Paid $500 for product that worked only for two months! I’ll also NOT purchase from Best buy anymore since they sell for UNTRACEABLE third parties therefore warranty is not honoured!"

"I would call this a comedy of errors but there's nothing funny about it. I need to replace an air conditioner and this was the only store who had the one I needed so I placed an online order. It was a 40 mi drive and I pulled in and didn't see any curbside loading area, so I parked and walked in. Note, the curbside pickup was the only one recommended by the Best Buy app. It had been raining but it been lessened to just a drizzle, but when I walked in they said I couldn't get curbside pickup because they'd stopped it because of rain. They wanted me to come back sometime when it wasn't raining. I have attached the photos of the amount of rain, which was inconsequential. They said I could load it myself but didn't offer any help (The item was a 70 lb air conditioner.). They showed me where the air conditioner was; it had been set on its side and the box was pretty beat up. Store was nearly empty with lots of young employees just hanging out. I had to find a card and load the air conditioner on the cart, pull my truck up to the door, and attempt to loaded in the back seat of my truck. I was struggling (I'm a senior citizen) and a customer coming out helped me get it in the back of my truck while the employees watched from inside. When I went to check at the next morning the air conditioner was inoperable and actually blew a circuit when I plugged it in. All the styrofoam was broken up inside and some parts were bent. I took it back to my local Best Buy and returned it. This store is apparently the bottom of the barrel. I walked through and took some pictures, and there are more empty shelves than there are ones with product. I have the option of ordering the air conditioner from Best Buy but I'm going to pick up a slightly more expensive one from BrandsMart. Best Buy used to have the upper hand over BrandsMart because of customer service but it appears no longer true."
