"UNACCEPTABLE. We chose this location because of the service at first. However, we went to make a payment on a Saturday, the system was down so we were forced to make a payment the following Monday. Apparently nobody got the memo nor communicated. Not one person reached out and the following Saturday at 8 o’clock at night they sent two gentlemen out to our home to come retrieve our beds (that were paid for)waste an hour of our time to then tell us that it was just there mistake on there end because of the “system”. Maybe if the store manager was focusing on paperwork and actually double checking herself vs sending guys out on a Saturday night so she can make a bonus. This wouldn’t happen Needless to say, stay away from this place. The absolute carelessness on their part can cause a big issue."
