"Terrible, I ordered a laptop from the best buy website for next day shipping at 10am. I was informed it would be coming from this store and Geek Squad would deliver on the next day as that's what I paid for. Next day comes and my order states u will be receiving it today. Here I am 9:30pm still nothing. Still says I will receive it today, no emails updating me on qhats happening and no clear answer from customer service. I was also told that they will sometimes wait till the end of the shift and then deliver. What kind of buissiness model is that!?!?. DO NOT ORDER NEXT DAY OR SAME DAY DELIVERY. Just pick up in the store or don't order from best buy at all."
"I was early for my appointment, asked the worker Quinton if I could simply drop my device off and come back in a few hours. I was told that they needed to fill out paperwork and they needed to wait to see if the earlier appointments would show up, literally no one there. 3 workers and no one in line. I asked for manager (Chris) said nothing he could do. So I stood there and waited for my appointment, with workers sitting there. Horrible customer service."
"Please do not waste your time trying to get them to fix your phone. They are not Apple and do not offer the same quality service. I brought my phone because of no sound issues. They wasted an hour updating and testing and finally told me that they can't replace my phone with a new one. I need to take it to an Apple store and they will replace the phone. I wasn't sure why they wouldn't replace it, but they kept on saying they can't, due to policy. Even the Apple guy on the phone couldn't understand. I had to go to Apple 2 days later to replace the phone. Just plain stupid."
