"Franks AC did not disappoint. Franks was already maintaining my old unit and actually fixed an issue with it that other companies had missed in the past. So when the motor went out on my 17 year old Trane unit I knew who I was going to call. Most of the time you would want to get at least three different bids from other companies but I knew first hand the kind of work that Franks can do because they had already replaced three other AC units in my immediate family as well as two of my friends, and they really go above and beyond. Franks customer service is some of the best I've ever encountered from a company....They always answer the phone and if for any reason you need to leave a message they get back to you immediately. The installation crew was professional and very helpful with any questions that I had on my new Trane system. My air handler is in the garage and is ceiling mounted. The old unit always had huge gaps leading into the attic where it was installed when the house was built. The new unit looks and performs incredible but the install crew sealed all air gaps going into the attic and it looks better than it ever did. if you need any kind of AC work Franks will not disappoint, they take great pride in what they do and it shows in their work. Thanks again Franks! **UPDATE** I'm finally getting around to uploading the before and after photos. Franks did an incredible job replacing my AC unit but as you can see in the pictures the installation work is top notch, as well as no more air gaps going into my attic and heating up my garage. On the outside I opted for having new lines run to the unit because when the house was built the previous company had to replace the lines because they were bent on installation and not cooling properly.
