"Very disappointed I have been bringing my car’s along with my family’s cars to Carlos for almost 20 years still when he was on Hickory tree Boulevard Lincoln, continentals and Jaguars. I drive a CLK 55 AMG class Mercedes Benz A week before Thanksgiving I gave the description, the model and the Vin number to my car through the business email (minor work we’re talking may be a fuel filter) Carlos and I actually bumped into each other after not seeing one another for a few years at Little Caesars, and he physically saw my car and assured me that that’s the type of car he can fix (Carlos owner) After being strung along and told that I can bring my car after the holiday because they were busy, I get an email this morning, telling me that they can’t work on European cars….. (after confirming that I can have it towed after Black Friday) I don’t know what’s going on here, but for upgrading your shop and your business but this issue is really really unflattering. If you drive a Honda civic, this is the man to go to but apparently he doesn’t do Europeans… Unfortunately, I won’t even bring my tractor to Carlos anymore. I will not conduct business with him after this it’s a real shame because he is a hell of a mechanic and I don’t know why he thought this was going to work especially around the holiday season. Thanks for nothing Carlos. Very unorganized. Edited Dec 8th (my mother still has pictures of the car and the receipts from when you were on Hickory tree). I’ll say it once again I brought my car’s to you for many years and you did a great job and for some reason you were too afraid to work on the CLK. He referred me to a friend Jerry. In Kissimmee. And I might as well have just went to Pep Boys because he was just as bad. I’m sorry you don’t remember that’s why there’s Google reviews to refresh your memory"
