In two different visits, they both arrived to check out our new unit to see if all was working properly and answer some questions for us. We received a photo of each of them along with their arrival time and information about their rating with the company. They were both polite, very nice, helpful, knowledgeable and offered suggestions to help our house airflow hindered by 2 doors leading to the inside unit. Buckhalter office staff have also been caring, polite, quick to respond to my inquiries, and basically offer great customer service while standing behind their products."
