"I called in they told me it would be $139~ and we made an appointment for me to bring it in the following Friday. Friday comes and I haven't heard anything so I call, and they tell me the part isn't in yet but it should be in later today and they will call. A few more hours pass and I call again, they tell me they never ordered the part and that they cannot do it for the aggred upon price. They tell me it will be ~$20 more and I would need to wait an extra week. I speak with the manager and have to argue to get her to agree to keeping the originally agreed upon price. When the screen does come in and they finally do the replacement it looks like the attached pictures. There are two lines up and down the screen. My phone was brought to me by my SO so I did not see it until payment was made. I again had to argue with them to either A) replace the dud screen or B)Refund my money - She did finally refund my money but not before complaining about how this is hurting her business. TL/DR: Not trustworthy - take your business elsewhere."
