"I was very happy with the replacement of my A/C unit by HI-VAC. The sales representative (Joe) thoroughly knew his products. He answered all our questions and provided multiple options to choose from. The three technicians (William, Eric and Peter) who did the install arrived on schedule and were personable and professional. They took care to protect the flooring and work area inside the house, and thoroughly cleaned both inside and outside when they finished. I intend to use HI-VAC for all my future A/C needs."

"12:30 pm Monday, August 21st 2023, HI-VAC salesman Joseph arrived, told us he cared about his customers, and gave a $6,738.00 quote to replace the old Trane central A/C system with a new one. 4:30 pm, I removed the 3 shelves and their support brackets from the wall in the closet to facilitate removal of the old and installation of the new A/C system. 9:00 am Tuesday, August 22nd 2023, Anthony and Peter arrived to replace the old with the new and finished at 1:00 pm. Peter worked on the condenser unit outside and did a good job. Anthony worked on the air handler inside but did not complete the job and, literally, left parts hanging. Without asking, they left taking the old units with them, which I had intended selling to an approved A/C recycler. I phoned Joseph and asked if he would please come and inspect the job, he said, "I'll try". Having purchased a $6,738.00 unit, I considered his response unacceptable. Joseph suggested Anthony and Peter return, which I declined. He informed me two new technicians would look into the situation the following day. 9:00 am Wednesday, August 23rd 2023, Robert and William, but not Joseph, arrived, inspected the air handler, confirmed the work was unfinished and proceeded to complete the job within 2 hours. I told them about the old units which had been removed... and have, as yet, to be returned. 9:00 am Thursday, August 24th 2023, I was unable to return the shelves to the closet as Anthony had attached the 208/230 volt power line to the wall using the shelf support bracket screw holes. The $6,738.00 Trane A/C now works fine, which is more than can be said of some HI-VAC employees."
