"The staf is very profissional, attentive and kind When I went to buy my Go Pro Max 360. But a need a help! Please, I made a purchase at the Best Buy Naples store on 11/21/23 in cash and when I checked back in Brazil I realized that I lost the payment receipt in case I needed to activate the warranty. I've tried asking via chat many times without success. Do you have an email address so I can request to send a PDF here in Brazil?"

"These guys did everything they could to take advantage of my elderly grandparents in convincing them that they needed to upgrade from their perfectly functional computer just because it couldn't run Windows 11. I have a bachelors in Computer Engineering and work full time as a computer engineer, I know my stuff. I have personally used their PC just a few weeks ago extensively and know it to be snappy and responsive, capable of everything they need. Stay far away."

"I scheduled a repair online via apple to get a battery replaced for an iPhone and it recommended Geek Squad in Best Buy Naples as an authorized third party. I show up to my appointment and ran the full diagnostic, etc only to be told that there isn’t anyone there that can handle the apple repair and to come back tomorrow. Besides wasting my time that day, I rescheduled an appointment for the following day per the employees request and came right at the time he said to arrive to ensure someone capable was working (1:30pm). Upon entering, I was greeted by an extremely friendly who had to run a new diagnostics since the other rep did not log anything. They determined the same issue and a battery replacement was needed. The tech who handles apple repairs was working and available also which is a good sign. WRONG! They tell me they do not have the parts in stock to complete the repair and recommend I just go to apple! What a waste of two round trip drives to BB and a waste of time! The first rep should’ve checked before telling me to come back the following day! What a completely unprofessional business Geek Squad has. Not everyone likes to waste their time making multiple trips without any end results. Don’t waste your time coming here, just go to apple for any repairs."

"I bought an 86” LG TV. I needed a 65” TV moved to replace aTV damaged by lightning and the new TV positioned slightly differently due to its size. Joey, Tony, and Matt were so outstanding, so professional, so efficient that I was truly impressed and pleased. I was prepared in my anticipation to see some complications but the removal, relocation and installation could not have been done better. Great job by this team of men! Thanks!"

"So, on Saturday the 14th of August, we had the Geek Squad, which was Luis and Fraymi, set up our new Samsung 65 TV and sound bar. The cool thing is, Fraymi was the guy at Best Buy, who sold the TV to us..! Anyway, we couldn't be happier....! The guys were knowledgeable, professional, and efficient with the whole process. Now, let me get back to watching our new TV... Lol..! Thanks guys..!"
