Within 1 hour of submitting my warranty claim I had a phone call from Kevin Smith Appliance Repair to set up an appointment. The appointment was only 36 hours from the phone call. Kevin came to my house and was very professional and knowledgeable. He did not have the parts on his truck, but he called his office and had the parts there. He returned later that same day and completed the repair. The first visit to determine what was needed was only 15 minutes. The second visit was only 30 minutes. All is well and functioning properly.
