Matt, the technician arrived promptly, assessed the damage and explained to me the damage, how he would fix it and the cost. The copper coil was punctured and all the freeon was lost. By 11 am Matt had the air on. I really appreciated his work and his professionalism."

"I wanted to let everyone know what a fantastic job Island Air did at our home. Our heat pump quit working a few weeks ago during the very first hot spell of the year. We called out Island Air for assistance. Their technician did his best to get the unit working, unfortunately he was not able. He quickly obtained a quote for replacement, ordered the equipment and scheduled an installation for their first open appointment. I was very ill at the time. They were not able to do it for a couple of days. The technician was so kind the went back to the shop and bought us back a room cooler to use until they could do the installation. He truly went out of his way to make sure we were comfortable. During the installation the installers took time to go over everything with us. They also went to great lengths to make sure our home and property was in the same shape it was before they arrived. They were outstanding!
