"I have been coming to this location a few times with previous management. Everything was excellent with their service. However I came last week but the service was horrible. My Galaxy Flip 5 broke right down the crease, there was a thick black line right down the middle and the screen kept glitching and is unusable. Tech Robin M. inspect my phone, confirm there is NO PHYSICAL DAMAGE (of course I took care my phone well). After I dropped off my phone, got the text that there is additional damage that warranty doesn't covered. I have to pay out of pocket. I went back to the store to check, found out the damage that I didn't recognize. Clearly that damage from them but they refused and told me NO PROOF even though They did inspect and said on the receipt NO PHYSICAL DAMAGE. I took my phone back, send it to Samsung to fix. My phone got fix under warranty, paid ZERO for this fixing. If you have warranty don't come to this location. Send it to Samsung or go another location like previous reviews also said ( Brandon)"
"Unfortunately they don't respect warranties. A great place for paid services if you need a screen replacement, but don't expect any warranty repairs. Very stringent and arbitrary when it comes to those, especially if the phone is new. Had to go to a different Ubreakifix in Brandon and they got it repaired for free under warranty so I don't know why this location denied me. Just strange."
"I came in looking to have my charger port replaced, and the man at the counter advised cleaning it instead. It worked and the staff here is very helpful with figuring out the best course of action. We’ve had devices repaired here before and they always come back good as new!"
"Great customer service! My problem was my phone charger port was clogged up with dust and wouldn’t charge, and I took it to them and they cleaned it up and got it working in less than five minutes. So fast and easy I left a tip with the girl working at the counter and for Ryan who helped me out over the phone."
