"I have paid them for my ps4 to be fixed told me it will be done in 2-3 days was what I was told and that was in the beginning of November and we are now in January and I still have no clue on when it will be done. Keep telling me they have no idea or they don’t know and can’t give me a time frame. I feel they should take payments after the game is fixed! Going on 3 months plus and still have no idea of what’s going on. I would not recommend! All I want is my game back and I’ve paid my money for it and been months and they won’t even allow me to get a refund! I’ve tried not to get pissed but I could have went somewhere else and got my game fixed in a couple days like it was supposed to be."
