"Andrew was phenomenal! Called before arrival to verify we still wanted service and have us estimate of arrival time. He arrived on schedule and kept us informed about what he was doing to diagnose our water heater problem. It was serious because the water heater was 15+ yrs old. He sold us a new one but didn't try to upsell, explaining choice costs with benefits of each. We deliberated made our decision and the Andrew set about removing the old heater. It was so badly corroded that he couldn't drain it from the bottom. He had to remove it and drain it from the top. There was so much sediment in the bottom that it imploded all over him. The poor guy was covered in sediment, hair & head to torso, even the back of his neck. If Andrew hadn't serviced us when he did, the pressure build up in the tank would have been catastrophic! He worked diligently for hours. Alone. Removing the old tank, purchasing the new one and installing it. It was a complicated ordeal and he missed lunch and dinner but we knew what he was doing the whole time he was here. I didn't feel blindsided by anything. And the cost was reasonable. I hope Andrew is rewarded for his efforts because he is the reason Ben Franklin has gained a new customer. I recommend BF and Andrew, in particular. We'll always request him for a Tuesday through Saturday call. We'd even wait for him!!"
