"What an awesome company. I called them to tell them my air conditioning stopped and it was on a Saturday. Devon immediately called back to tell me they didn’t service sun City Center yet. He asked me what the air condition was foing and told me he thought he knew what was wrong. He told me what to do to fix it and saved me at least $250 for an emergency call using another company. "1st off when I called the woman who answered was very professional and polite. 2nd I heard back right away with a 2 hr time window then was notifed when Matt was on his way. He was on time. Easy to communicate with and professional. He did the evaluation and advised of his findings and gave me a price. They came out the same day when I had no AC. I thought the price was fair. "Matt, the owner of Fonz Air and is his staff are polite, professional, knowledgable and on time. I needed to replace my A/C unit. Matt gave 2 options and explained both units. He sent a bid via email with all details for each option. Devon the young man who installed the AC unit took pride in his work and made sure everything was tested, explained, and cleaned before he left.
