"So I’m writing this because Ryan doesn’t like to stand by his work I brought my truck to him for the second time to do some upgrades unfortunately he took my truck knowing he was closing his doors instead he gave me line of sh.. that he was moving to a new location not true he had my truck for 2 week didn’t complete the job I was told that he would finish it up in a few weeks at his new location again not true trying to get a hold of him. No call back no text back finally. I got an email with the truth that he shut the doors and went to work for some I understand sh.. happens but when you put all kinds of money into a system and it doesn’t perform you’d like to get some answers well that can’t happen because he doesn’t return phone calls and he has done the same to my sons truck so if you’re considering using him to do anything do yourselves a favor, and don’t he is trying to do online store selling boxes and equipment on line if he won’t stand by his work for someone local why would he for a online order STAY CLEAR AND GO ELES WHERE YOU'LL SAVE YOUR SELF A LOT OF Aggravation"

"Ordered 2 speaker adapters for a MKV GTI. They're exactly what's needed to put in the aftermarket speakers I bought. They are in great condition and going to hold up perfectly. There was a delay in my order which I got upset about and the owner deserves my apology for previous reviews people may have read before updating this one. Taking a step back, this owner deserves these 5 stars because they followed through and kept in contact once I made my complaint clear. I'd always rather put my money in a custom or small business' hands rather than a large corporation. I would recommend this business to anyone looking for this kind of custom work. Will add photos when we get them installed."

"Freddy and the rest of the staff showed these guys really care. A lot of these custom shops don’t care about customer service but these people are genuine and extremely knowledgeable, they kitted me out with something within my budget. I am not the type to usually go to custom shops because Id rather save the money and install it myself but audio stuff has always been frustrating so I came in. They gave me a setup Id never be able come up with myself and I love it. Would recommend 10/10"

"Definitely not a company I would recommend to anyone. I made several phone calls per day to reach someone and never did I get ahold of someone. So I drove there twice and there was two guys in the shop working. I had said I've been calling and no answer. I had a box made for my truck and after several weeks I was able to get one made. The box looked alright, The holes cut out were to low and the subs were resting on the floor and then after everything was hooked up the box and sounded like garbage. I reached out to the owner and told him the issues and not very responsive about the issues. I had suggested to work this out and get a new box made right with no issues. Still to this day no response about a refund or a new box to get made . Definitely don't know what they are building."
