"I went in to purchase some washing detergent and bleach. I was in line checking out. I tried to use my tap (wireless pay) but it wouldn't connect on that machine. So the cashier had to call over and tell her iam assuming a front end manager (young Caucasian female) the machine wasn't working.. she came over with a terrible attitude aborted the transaction. So she turned on the light for the register behind the other cashier and I walked over to her register so that she could help me.. she said with an attitude "you need to go to the service desk for help" I said huh? And she said it again... she then proceeds to check every one that came to her register out but sent me to the service desk. She was very rude with a terrible attitude."
"This store goes above and beyond. I has been looking for a certain meatloaf mix that’s awesome. I asked two of the meat dept managers about it and they said they “would look into it”. Well typically nowadays I would’ve returned a couple weeks later to another empty shelf but low and behold I returned and the shelf was fully stocked. I bought 4 of them and left one for another customer. I hope you read this and if you do Thank You very much for helping me out!"
