"This place will get the job done at okay prices, but their communication is upsetting and lacking. I brought my phone in for repair and was quoted for water damage treatment. I was told they'd do a diagnostic to know for sure, then call afterwards. They never called to discuss the issues. The call I received was that my phone was ready for pick up. I confirmed the price, the treatment, and their hours. My husband picked my phone up or me and was told a price $70 more from other services that I wasn't informed about. If they were upfront from the start, I wouldn't be disappointed."
