"Update: Owner reached out and completed agreed upon resolution. I know you are a family-owned business and I do not like to slam a business but I am so unhappy with how things went down with my service that I have to write this review. First of all, my heating element on my dryer was bad and I called you guys and the service was quick and friendly. However, the heating element was bad. The tech finished and then told me that he went ahead and changed one of the rollers, which there was nothing wrong with to begin with, but didn't ask me ahead of time just did it and closed up the dryer. 2 Days Later the dryer starts screaming. Literally I mean screaming. I have videos. I called them they came back reassessed and said that sometimes when one roller is replaced they don't match up together anymore and then both need to replace and you have to pay another $200 and something dollars to get this fixed. Mind you I already paid $430 so I could have just bought a new dryer at that point. I called the office and after some discussion they agreed to refund me part of my bill, which I thought was fair, $175. That has never been returned to me. I am also a small business and I know that sometimes it's hard when people want to return things. Your services have a warranty your labor has a warranty at no point did I tell you to go ahead and do that roller and then you get to hold me accountable to have to fix it again. All I'm asking for is for you to refund me the $175 that you verbally agreed to. If that does not happen I will pursue further action on the entire bill."

"The water dispenser on our refrigerator stopped working because the line was frozen. I was afraid of trying to repair it myself because I didn’t want to damage the refrigerator and decide to leave it up to a professional. The technician (Kenny) showed up that same afternoon. About two minutes after coming into the house he told me that he couldn’t fix it. He said that you couldn’t use a heat gun on it because it would melt the plastic. However, the last time this happened, a different company came out to fix it and repaired it within about 15 minutes using a heat gun. When I informed Kenny of this he replied “I sure wish I could ask him how he did that. I didn’t think you could do it on this refrigerator.“ He also mentioned multiple things that he wish existed for this refrigerator, repairs that would be possible for the refrigerator, etc. but that in reality either don’t exist or aren’t possible. Even though he told me in the first two minutes that he couldn’t fix it, he spent the next 40 minutes in my house trying to sell me a part that would cost $250 to install even though it was not made for my brand of refrigerator. I kept politely informing him that I would try something else and he kept pushing this part. I finally told him I wasn’t interested and he seemed put off. Like the other reviewer stated, he was gasping for breath most of the service call and kept talking to himself and did not finish the sentences he started. Under other circumstances, I may have made an issue of paying $99 to have him simply state there’s nothing he could do but in this case I was happy to pay the $99 just to get him out of my house. I definitely won’t be calling this company again."

"When I ordered service for my refrigerator I explained that my door front water dispenser and ice dispenser were activating randomly and spewing water/ice all over. When their repairman (Kenny) walked in he asked what problem I was having w/my refrigerator, and when told, replied that he'd never worked on that part of a refrigerator before. He removed the front of the dispenser area and said the apparatus seemed to be working fine, but I worried that after he left, it might act up again. As he talked to himself and studied the apparatus for a long time, I noticed that there was some black, wet mold in the ice apparatus and asked him to please clean that out when he put it back together. He abruptly informed me he was an "Appliance Technician" NOT a "Cleaning Technician"!!! So I cleaned it out. He said I could either just pay the $99 service chg. or order two parts that he didn't know if I needed or not, for an additional $700. True story. (Oh, and also he scratched the kitchen floor when he pulled the ref. out. I do not recommend this company."

"This was my first time to use this company and I had a great experience with them! Our washing machine broke a night before and I called this company next morning. Originally I had another company technician to come, but they cancelled the service visit. Fortunately, the company recommended me J & T Services, Inc. I right away called and was able to get technician come over the same afternoon! The young technician was very honest and explained well what was wrong about our washing machine and told me that it would be better to buy new one. He even gave me some advice regarding what brand and type of washing machine is good to buy!! Also another great part of this company is that they charge very low rate of service fee! Only $69.95! Many other companies usually charge over $80 at least! Other company I was supporsed to use would charge us $89 for just service fee! Great service with professional manner, I really appreciate that! I will definitely recommend this company and will keep them for our appliance repair/maintenance!"

"I gave Jeff my credit card over for a $69.95 service charge. I shortly after decided I wanted the repairs done and he needed to order parts and return to install them. He charged my card $319.34, didn't provide parts or services. I bought a new washer and dryer and paid the add'l $15 to have Home Depot haul away the broken washer. I fought it with my credit card company and initially had the charge reversed until Jeff provided fraudulent itemized receipts to my card company prior to allegedly dying of a massive heart attack. I have pleaded with his spouse and family to return the money that was stolen from me without a response. Do business with this company at your own risk!!!"
