One of my windows had a problem and I have been trying to get it handled for the last three months and Greg won't return my calls. I cannot recommend him for that reason. He told me the company he deals with will not stand behind their product so NO WARRANTY."

"Greg came out twice both times for different issues with my sliding door. But, when I needed follow- up for an adjustment in regards to the work that he had done, it seems there just wasn't time. So no customer service after he has gotten your money. So just be aware the initial work is good and professional, just hope you don't need follow-up afterwards!"
