"I find this place intolerable. Tenants do construction in the middle of the night, and weekends which keeps me, and I am sure others awake. When you report it to management (which I did three months ago) they do nothing about it. They could care less about their residents. Building is old (looks it) and needs a complete upgrade. The rear of the building backs up to a part of town that is unsafe to be in after dark. If you are looking for places to live in West Palm Beach run as far away from this complex as you are able to. You will be happy you did."

"If you enjoy the internet, you might want to look at other places to live. For the 2nd time in a week we have no internet, prior to this the internet would go out for 10-15 minutes once or twice a month. It’s not 1998 we need the internet for everyday life."
