"Very rude lady denied access to my service dog, he was doing nothing but laying down. We were there for my little cousins birthday party. One man was uncomfortable that my SERVICE DOG was laying in the grass, he also put his hands on a little girl and moved her out the way while he walked his straight line on the beach, when he could have taken a step to the left to walk around her, but no this old man put his hands on a little girl younger than 10 years old. This security lady came over and started videoing and taking pictures of my SD doing nothing but laying there, everyone was having a great time until this lady. The way she approached this was NOT professional what so ever and made us leave even tho it is against the law to deny access to a service animal. This lady caused a scene and caused me to start hyperventilating which my dog had tasked right in front of her to keep me calm, he had placed his front legs on my shoulders, we were on a ledge and he is a small dog, he had to do this since my heart started racing as well, he was alerting to me in front of her eyes. I’m hoping she got my service dog on video doing what he’s supposed to do. This is not the first issue they have had with their board."

"I lived here for 2 years. Luckily my landlord was great, but the complex is absolutely terrible. There’s great views and a nice pool but you can’t even enjoy them without residents harassing you and asking which unit you live in. There are constant leaks leaving you without AC for days with no type of help or care. They cut out huge holes in the wall and never repaired or updated about a repair. There is only 1 elevator, sometimes 2, that actually work for about 30+ floors. the residents are the worst part though. You can’t go to the pool or even ride the elevator without getting asked if you’re a resident, or commenting on something you’re doing. There are constant fights on the elevator over rules and regulations because you can and will get fined for absolutely any thing in this building. Even on my scheduled move out day, I had a resident complain about me moving because she wanted the moving lane to unload her groceries.. And these are the same residents that make these HOA fines, that are always changing and start at $100. They have a $100 pet policy that expects you to carry ALL types of dogs in all common areas- including elevators. How are people with bigger dogs supposed to take their dog out to use the bathroom? You will get fined for throwing out any type of trash- that is ALWAYS too full to fit anything. you literally can’t live your life here. A couple of front desk people and maintenance men are great, but between the fines, residents and the complex itself, it’s a horrible place to live. Definitely do not sign a lease here"

"The only View is from the top floors. 25 on up. Watching the Sunrise from one room and watching the sun set during the evening Is a breathing moment of clarity."

"Doesn't look like much from the outside but has spectacular views and nice amenities as well as a private beach. It's a nice place to live. I always enjoy visiting my parents here."
