"Highly recommend. Just fixed my son's phone and there are 2 huge things to note: 1. Customer service. He kept us updated the whole time and walked us through the process. The best thing, was he addressed my son about it since it was his phone and my son's responsibility to pay for the repair. May not seem like much to most people, but it really helped me while trying to teach my 11 year old responsibility. 2. Price. He was half the price of every place else I called. Amazing!"

"My Kids and I were in Walmart getting Valentines goodies when we spotted this neatly stocked Techy Store that had a colorful assortment of kids tablet covers. With my permission they ran ahead of me with their tablets and were greeted by this kind young man who assisted with trying to fit a cover for a 12.9in screen. Mr. Ivan attempted to fit the best available option for the tablet brand we have however unfortunately we were unsuccessful. Nevertheless, he continued to provide exemplary service! He assisted my two little ones with picking out their own light up blocks and chargers and made sure they worked in their tablets. He answered my question in detail about the process of fixing my sons cracked screen on his tablet, how long the process will take , and really just set my expectations so that I could make a solid decision on when and how to schedule the repair. The knowledge of his job, his ability to build rapport with his customers, and his infectious smile while kindly assist my children solidified my business loyalty. I will always recommend Mr. Ivan and return to this company for all of my tech needs. Thank you Mr. Ivan I give you a 10/10!"
