"I had my unit put in 5 years ago,I have had many problems the latest being I had preventive maintenance done yesterday when the man left my unit was not working. The unit worked fine until the. You can't get anyone after 5pm no matter what their message says. I spent last night with no air. Finally after going to FB page and leaving a message someone got back to me at 11 pm and was told someone would be here first thing in the morning. Finally showed up around 10:30. Didn't want to hear anything I had to say. Apparently a wire came loose during the maintenance. They don't have 24 hour service as stated. I am not happy with them."
