"On a Friday, late in the afternoon, I called to get my dryer repaired, which, we first tried to do on our own. The operator that scheduled us, tried to do so on a Monday, but we have had been without a dryer for 2 days, and 6 people living in our home. So, just as they say, they do everything to schedule same day service. So I was scheduled, but the operator accidentally missed a digit, and I missed a call from the tech repair man. Now it is almost 7:30 PM, and he actually turned around and came back to our home. He repaired the dryer efficiently and quickly. The pricing was reasonable and more than fair. He also took the time to explain our mistakes, and offered advice on cleaning the roof vent regularly. However, it wasn’t the vent, but clogs are what causes fuses, coils, and heating elements to quit. Our dryer is a whirlpool and only 3 years old, and with a family of 6, we work it hard. So grateful it didn’t break the bank, our serviceman was the best ever, and so very kind. I will never call another company."
